2024 Ford F-250 Super Duty Tremor 6.7L Power Stroke
A 2024 F-250 Tremor built for towing-grade duty with desert-grade composure. Poulos uses this truck to pull a 30-foot enclosed trailer to events across Texas, but he wanted the unloaded ride to feel like the new Raptor he traded in to get a heavier rig. Carli's Pintop suspension package gave us the platform — Carli 2.0 shocks, custom Carli leaf springs, and a bolt-on track bar — paired with King secondary bypasses out back, ICON Alloy 17" wheels, and a Cognito Pro Series steering setup. Lighting is full Baja Designs LP9 in the bumper for high-output forward run.
Build philosophy
Modern Super Duty trucks ride better than any heavy-duty platform in history — and they still have headroom. The factory truck is built to live with a loaded bed and a heavy hitch, which means an unloaded F-250 hammers over expansion joints. Carli’s Pintop system was specifically engineered to address that compromise without giving up tow capacity, and that’s the system Poulos was after.
What we did
We installed Carli’s full Pintop 2.0 package: Carli-tuned 2.0 shocks, the Carli progressive rear leaf, and the bolt-on adjustable track bar that lets us level the front axle properly with the new spring rate. We added a King 2.5 secondary bypass to the rear axle so the truck isn’t relying on the leaf pack alone to control bigger inputs at speed.
Cognito’s Pro Series heavy-duty tie rods replace the factory pieces — non-negotiable on a Super Duty that’s seeing real off-pavement use. Wheels are ICON Six in satin black, 17x8.5, wrapped in 37” Toyo R/T Trail. The lighting package is Baja Designs LP9 Pros in the bumper plus an S8 50” on the roof for trailer-following sweep.
