2022 Ford F-150 Raptor 37 Performance Package
A Gen 3 Raptor with the 37 PP that came in for a long-travel conversion and left as a desert-grade missile. SVC Offroad's GenX long-travel kit gave us nearly 14 inches of front travel — paired with King 3.0 race-series coilovers and re-valved 3.0 bypass rears, the truck now feels closer to a SPEC TT race truck than a factory pickup. We retained the factory FOX live-valve electronics where possible, then finished the build with Method MR309 wheels, 37x12.5 BFG KO3s, ADD HoneyBadger bumpers, and a complete Baja Designs LP9 + S8 lighting package.
Build philosophy
The Gen 3 Raptor — especially the 37 Performance Package — is one of the most capable factory trucks ever sold. But the factory chassis is still a stamped, mass-production piece, and the live-valve FOX setup is tuned for a wide range of owners. When a customer wants the truck to live at race pace on long Texas-to-Nevada hauls, the only honest answer is a long-travel conversion.
What we did
SVC Offroad’s GenX kit replaces the stamped factory upper and lower arms with billet/tubular pieces that move the upper ball joint outboard to gain travel, then mounts the King 3.0 race-series coilovers in a relocated upper bracket. The result is just under 14 inches of front travel and a chassis that finally lets the wheels do their job over rougher terrain.
The rear is matched with a Deaver progressive leaf pack and King 3.0 bypass shocks. We retained the factory live-valve electronics on rear axle inputs where possible, then finished with Method MR309s, ADD HoneyBadger front and rear bumpers, and a Baja Designs lighting package that gives Potter trail-grade forward visibility plus a wide 50” sweep on the roof.
